Fred Ashe joined Preferred Empire Mortgage Company with over 20 years of business and entrepreneurial skills. Fred started his career in his families manufacturing businesses. He went on to grow the businesses from $1.5 million in sales to a sales volume of $45 million. Fred decided to sell the company in 2005 and began working in the New York real estate financing industry.

Fred works very closely with the real estate community, as well as attorneys, accountants and financial planners. He is known for her dedication to providing outstanding personalized service to all of her clients, from first time home buyers, to experienced homeowners and investors, by custom tailoring loan programs to his client’s individual needs. Fred pursued a degree in Marketing and Corporate Finance at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. His career has been highlighted by a string of successes and has continued to flourish at Preferred Empire Mortgage.
